Stash for Sale or Trade
Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! Everyone who helped me pick out the order of the colors for Charlotte's Web Shawl. Abi, of Spiderwoman knits asked for a link to the finished shawl click here to check it out! My plate of koigu has been sitting out since Sat night, I've been rearranging it every once in a while. I'm going to leave it out for a little while longer, I plan on starting Charlotte this weekend. Sunday, after I read Nancy's comment I cracked open the pattern and started to read it. I really like the purple and green color ways, I would like to have those on the top and the bottom. Thank you everyone again, this is what I love about the blogging community!!
Yesterday I went into a bit of a cleaning fit, I felt like there was so much stuff in my house. Toys, clothes, clutter, just everything. I started going though everything. The playroom, kitchen cupboards, kids clothes, my yarn stash.... Yes you heard me right, I've gone though my yarn stash and am offering items up for sale or trade. I'm hankering for some lace weight right now, but if you have something you want to trade drop me a email or a comment and we'll talk it out! I know enough talk, SHOW THE YARN!!

i'm breathing a big sigh of relief that you've decided on the colors for your charlotte's web shawl :) i did not vote, as i'm rather undecided. and, i think, no matter what the combination is, it would all look smashing! but i do have a technical question ... when you transition from one color to the next, do you alternate from both balls of yarn? and though tempted, i cannot *enhance* my stash any more, at least not until ... i've recovered from maryland ;) my house is in an incredible state of turmoil ---- yarn, patterns, books, and dust --- everywhere!
happy knitting!
